What kinds of sports you guys do or how you keep fit???

I do Judo (I'm a white-belt though) and aerobics... Smile

.. you see, like Hay Lin, i don't have a sport.. being anemic is trouble because you can easily hyperventilate...

My friend tells me Kung-Fu is very hard, it must be from what I've seen people do.
You must be very dedicated to do it for four years, I only started Judo last year in September but I plan on doing it for as long as possible.

In Judo, yellow is second rank, so its the belt I'll be getting this year.

Yeah, Kung-Fu is pretty tough, but it's a lot of fun. It relies more on technique than power so you have to get the moves pretty much dead on for them to work.
I'm sure Judo is like that too, isn't it?? Considering you do a few grabs & throws (if I'm thinking of the right Matial Art...) Yeah, it's a good idea to continue for as long as possible considering any type of Martial Art is very rewarding Very Happy

I like soccer too but I'm very bad at scoring... I kick the ball and it either misses my foot or tries to attack someone!! lol!
