They're 'evil' in a different way, all depending on who you are, what the other is to you and what you think their motives are (plus other things probably). Nerissa started out nice, but then just went powerhungry. Phobos... did he actually ever kill a man himself in the series? Can't remember. I think he preferred others to suffer, maybe as much as he suffered himself. Also, Phobos NEEDS other people and even lets them come up with ideas of their own (whether he wanted them to or not is something else, as long as everything went well and he could laze about, I guess he didn't mind X'D) while Nerissa was more of an evil topdog bitch. Yah, it's a different hue of evil I think, so I can see what you mean.

Well, of cause Phobos is lazy, what do you expect?? He is a prince afterall. Why would he do all the work himself when he can get others to do it for him?? XD.

But you have a point, it does depend on your point of view to whether or not you think one villain is more evil than the other.

Imo, both Nerissa & Phobos were psychopathic & willing to do almost anything to get what they want. Both of them were power hungry & abused the powers they had (or were given, in Nersissa's case). They were also both spurred on by jealousy at some point; Phobos of his sister & Nerissa of Cassidy & they both tormented the Guardians in their own way; Nerissa twisted the girls' dreams & Phobos turned a friend against them for a while. However, I think Phobos seemed more desperate for power than Nerissa & I think he was more mentally unstable. While Nerissa seemed a bit more egotistical, thinking she could take the girls' on until the end, Phobos seemed like he couldn't handle the fact that he had lost the fight again. He couldn't bare the thought of being deprived of his freedom by Kandracar twice & so made his own decision & ran away (in a fashion XD).

Lawl. Ah well. He also jumped believing 'Plan whatever' was going to work out, but boy, was he wrong. Bit of an anticlimax >_>"

Yeah, true. Just typical though isn't it; the best villains always go out with a fizzle rather than a bang XD.

the best Villains are Phobos , Narissa and Dark mother , they had a big impact on the Girls lives . But , I have them listed as :

1 - Phobos
2 - Dark mother (although i voted for her .... )
3 - Narissa

the rest are a walk in the park =p i dunno...that's my opinion on the matter XD

I'm going to said Prince Phobos, mainly becuase he was a real bad a@# in the animated series lol. Secondly becuase I have not really read the comics. So most of the people named I don't know about .
