I can't really decide.

In it's "boom period", I would have chosen Disney.

But they're falling apart faster then a car repaired by a blind monkey using the wrong tools.

So, most likely Nick. Although I haven't heard anything from them in a while either.

But at least they're not pretending they're still an active company (all Disney does now is leech off other people's creations and put out substandard cartoons).

Disney is getting worse. Maybe if they renew W.I.T.C.H., they'd have more viewers.

They probably won't unless good voice-actors/ animators offer to do their work for peanuts and it makes me so angry that they ended such an awesome show !!!
I agree about Disney, the whole thing seemed much better when they came up with their own ideas or tried to make their shows a teensie-weensy bit believable when it comes to graphics, 'coz the last time I saw Wizards of Waverly Place, the way the special effects for the magic were done.....well....I think my cat could do a better job, even he knew that it was fake.
Also some better characters might boost up the scene, some of the current ones do a bad job when it comes to reacting to certain events (i.e: Bro can't take you to a concert 'coz he has plans of his own. Your reaction: It's the end of the world..... I'll never be able to see the light of day again.....etc,etc.)... can't you ask your dad to take you or use the bus or bicycle or something???

So I vote Nick. Jimmy Neutron, Class of Titans, Spongebob and Patrick...
